• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting anyconnect@100318.com.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, except where permitted by law;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials available through the Service are owned by or licensed to AnyConnect and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written consent.

If the Service allows you to submit, upload, or share content, you retain ownership of that content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display it as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyConnect and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the one month preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnyConnect from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York/USA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to your registered address. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
